Auction Rules

This Auction is being held for the benefit of student athletes in the following program:

To place a bid, or Buy-It-Now, on any item in the catalog please click the Bid Now or Buy-It-Now button or email Auctions@M2Fundraising.com 

Emails must contain the following information: 
Item Number / Item Name / Bid (or Buy-It-Now) Price / Bidder Name / Bidder Phone Number


AUCTION RULES

• The minimum bid and minimum raise for each item is on the catalog.  To be valid, bids must comply with these minimums. 

• Items may or may not have the Buy-It-Now function, those with will be marked.  

• Submitting a bid by email will be considered a bona fide offer and constitutes a legal contract to purchase that auction item at the price you stated if your bid is the winning bid.

• We reserve the right to withdraw any item at any time without notice before the actual sale.

• Bids will be accepted per the email time stamp.  If 2 like bids are received the one with the earliest time stamp will be accepted.

• Upon being outbid an email will be sent to the losing bidder with the current bid price only (no bidder name) in a effort to give loosing bidder the opportunity to increase their bid.

• Buy-It-Now Purchase Notifications will be sent showing the item(s) sold. 

• Unless otherwise noted, all certificates for goods and services must be used within one year of the auction date.

• All items and services are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the donors.

• No expressed or implied warranties or guarantees on auction items regarding quality or value of items or services

• All items are offered and sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS"

• Reservations for trips and vacation accommodations must be mutually arranged with the donor unless otherwise noted.

• No refunds will be allowed on travel packages, live auction items, travel packages for canceled/expired tickets and/or accommodations.

• All Sales are Final
